Change default pages for events
Posted 8/12/2002 by Steve Sinchak - Views: 3090

Internet explorer default pages for events such as navigation canceled, navigation failed, offline information, and blank page are stored in the registry.  You can replace these pages with your own if you would like to customize Internet Explorer.

  1. Start regedit, if you are unfamiliar with regedit please see our FAQ.
  2. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\AboutURLs
  3. Modify the key values to the full path on the hard drive. C:\page.htm
