Joli Ballew is a technology trainer and writer in the Dallas area. Besides writing, she teaches Microsoft Certification Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Office User Specialist (MOUS), and Microsoft FrontPage classes. Joli also works as a network administrator and Web designer for North Texas Graphics. Joli has three books currently available: Windows 2000 Server on Site (Coriolis Group, 2001), Windows 2000 Professional Test Yourself (Osborne McGraw-Hill, 2000), and Windows XP Professional: the Ultimate Users Guide (Paraglyph Press, 2001). Two more books are forthcoming: Learn Arts and Letters 7: The Official Guide (Wordware, 2002), and the Complete Idiot's Guide to Photoshop Elements 2.0 (Alpha Books, 2002).
